In Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Windows Explorer sorts filenames into a different alphabetical sort order than earlier versions of Windows. Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 does the same in File Explorer.

If PDF files don't displayin the Imager right-hand panel but in a new window instead...
1) Run Adobe Reader. Choose Edit>Preferences>Internet>Internet Settings>Advanced
and Press Reset... (don't need to delete personal settings) and Reset
Try Imager again.
2) If that doesn't work...
Open Internet Explorer. Choose Tools>Manage Add-ons
Add-ons are listed in the right-hand pane
Look for Adobe PDF Reader (if not shown you may need to select ' Run without permission' from the 'Show' dropdown
Adobe Reader should have the Status set to 'Enabled'.

When installing Imaging for Windows software on a 64 bit PC you may see a message that reads:-
"Error 1330.A file that is required cannot be installed because the cabinet file C:\cab1.cab has an invalid digital signature. This may indicate that the cabinet file is corrupt."
